Administrative Services:

1 year term, with the following services:

• PC Setup & Customization: Includes all operating system, software, hardware setup and customization you will need to run yourcomputer. This service also includes installation of security updates and antivirus programs (on customer request) to keep your computer protected from any unsafe files and data.   
  

• Diagnostic Services and Repairs: Includes all diagnostic tests to repair and remove all harmful spy ware, viruses, & Trojans on your computer. It also includes Installation of updated security features to improve upon your computer performance and speed.

• Hardware/Software or Upgrade Installation: Includes any software, hardware (both internal and external devices) or upgrades installation you need to install on your computer. This also include a system check-up before and after the installation to assure that the software, hardware or upgrade you need will properly run on your system.

 

2 year term, including all silver administrative services and the following:

• Repair, Upgrade and/or Format of your Operating System: Includes all repairs and upgrades for your operating system failure, to rest assure that you never have to run through the same problem again. This service also includes a system format for your PC, to remove and renew all system operating files for any case of severe damage to your computer (format option is only done on customer request).

• Home Network Setup: Includes basis setup or repairs of both LAN and wireless networks through all your computers at home, so you can access and share your internet connection, printers, files and many more.

• Cleaning & Backup Storage of your Hard Drive: Includes a clean up for all unnecessary data and a backup for all your important information stored on your Hard Drive on CDs and/or DVDs, in case of a system crash or unexpected matters you might run through.

 

3 year term, including all gold administrative services and the following:

• Hardware Testing & Repair: Looking for any faulty hardware on your computer which may cause damage to other components on the system, and may cause many defects in the computer performance. Any faulty hardware shall be replaced with customer consent and retested for computer safety and fulfillment.

• Internal Clean Up of your Computer:  With time computers tend to attract dust and dirt inside its hardware components, which may cause shortage and leak in the computer performance. NSETECH will clean-up all your internal computer hardware devices to rest assure that your system will be in its best and most convenient usage.

• Installation or Modification of New Operating Systems: This includes any installation for any new operating system or having 2 separate operating systems that can run on your computer. Also NSETECH will check-up all BIOS settings to rest assure that your computer runs properly when it’s first turned on.
